When you buy from our online eShop, use our website, services and items you are agreeing to these basic terms. We have kept everything simple and easy to understand - so there are no nasty surprises. These policies are your 'internet standard' - This means most websites/Online stores use the same or similar terms as these.

Payments

We accept PayPal and postal payments. PayPal allows users to use there credit/debit cards or PayPal balance to pay for purchases and is the quickest and simplest way to pay. Most people already use PayPal. If you do not use PayPal please visit www.paypal.co.uk to learn more about them and open an account. If you buy from eBay, You most likely already use PayPal. We are fully PayPal verified Click here to see our PayPal seal. If you do not want to use PayPal, We can accept cheques, Bankers drafts and postal orders drawn on a U.K. Bank account. You can choose what type of payment you want to make after you click the 'buy now' button on the item's listing page. You do not need to create an account to buy from JP-Direct. To pay for your item in another currency (Other than GBP) please use PayPal.

Returns

We offer a 14 days returns policy for faulty/Damaged items. All you have to do is return the faulty/Damaged item to us at the address below within 14 days of your payment date. We will then email you to confirm receipt of the item along with a choice of either a full refund or replacement. We can't accept returns for non damaged/Faulty goods, dew to the nature of our items (Software). Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.

Please include a note with the item stating your full name and address, your reason for the return and your choice of replacement or refund. We will check all items before a refund/Replacement is issued. The return Postage and packaging is at your own cost. Refunds are issued Minus and postage fee paid by you. Any replacement item's P&P will be paid by us.

What information do we collect?
When you shop in our store, we will ask for your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and telephone numbers. We also ask for your chosen method of payment (PayPal or Postal Payment). We do not retain credit card or other payment identification information on our servers.

How do we use personal information?
The information you provide to purchase items from the JP-Direct Store is used to fulfil your order.

What about cookies?
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site.

The JP-Direct Store is operated by GCIS-UK to fulfil your orders. We do not sell or rent any personal information to others.
